Hybrid Space was held on 12th ave and Thomas St. – the latest site of the Seattle Demo Project and the future site of a Hybrid Architecture building. This house was previously inhabited by squatters and, has since, seen many transformations. The Seattle Demo Project is currently occupying the space, building temporary art installations, performances, and holding artist residencies.
This is an invitation to neighbors and the general public – to listen to the story of one house on capitol hill. We shared the story and history of the house – and continued the conversation to where it was going.
