Hybrid Designed and Built this 2,800 sf home in Kirkland, Washington along Lake Washington. This highly efficient home features an adaptable floor plan, rainwater catchment and filtering system (potable water), hydronic heating, and photovoltaics. Another unique feature of this home is the Active Solar Shading System on the west facade. This element allows unobstructed views to the water while mitigating solar heat gain from the setting sun.
